Perfection

Perfection isn’t a prize
to be rewarded after the
challenges met to get there.

Perfection isn’t a way of life
that becomes the reason you
wake up in the morning or sleep
peacefully throughout the night.

Perfection isn’t river flowing
without any turns, ripples, or
hidden rocks beneath the surface.

Perfection isn’t something that
if you work hard at, you’ll achieve.

Perfection is a standard by which we
should measure the performance of
the tools we created and not the
hands that created them.

Perfection is the illusion that
minimizes the power of progress.
