How do I love thee,
let me count the days.
Monday my mind is
made up
—in this moment
nothing matters
but you.
Tuesday is a testimony
of how love triumphs
when tested and
remains true.
Wednesday is wonderful
because we allow the
world witnesses love.
Thursday I’m thankful
that today there’s time
for us to spend together.
Friday I’m feeling fantastic
because I’ve found love
and it flows freely.
Saturday I’m situated
and staying focused
with love in sight.
Sunday my soul is
filled with satisfaction
because suddenly I stepped
into something special
and its all because of love.
