Uncomfortable

Be comfortable enough
with where you are
to recognize that
where you are only temporary.
It’s part of the journey,
not the destination.
Be comfortable enough
with where you are
that you recognize when
improvements can be made.
Refining where necessary.
Fine-tuning when necessary.
Be comfortable enough
with where you are
that you recognize
when help is needed.
A helping hand
is not a handout.
Be comfortable enough
with yourself to be
uncomfortable with
settling for less.
Pause when necessary
but keep going.
Be comfortable enough
with yourself that you’re
uncomfortable pretending
to be someone else.
The best version of you
is better than the imitation
of someone else.
Be comfortable with
being uncomfortable.
