Unscathed

Being the hero day in and day out
takes its toll,but somehow we continue
to dust off our capes and keep soaring.

Through the turbulence we triumph.
In the midst of instability we steady the flight.
We push through the air pockets.

Each journey different from the last,
but we always land unscathed.
