Hey You (Part 1)

Hey you! You were on my mind and well….

I thought I should let you know.

It’s nothing new or random.

I’ve just never told you when or how much you’re on my mind.

How it’s your voice I hear when I’ve had enough. You whisper, “don’t give up, baby. you’ve got this.”

How it’s your confidence that I reflect on when there’s that second of doubt when I’m pushing myself too hard.

Or how it’s looking forward to seeing you at the end of the day that make it all worth every minute. I just thought I’d let you know.
